Use our price match request* on the selected products, call us, or use our live chat service to see if we can match the price. Let our team know the product and where you found it, and we will let you know by email if we are able to match the price!

•We match against the total cost of our competitor’s item and delivery
•We only price match against websites from retailers based in the UK, selling UK products
•The product on our competitor’s site needs to be indentical to the one on our site
•The product must be available to order and pay for that same day
•We don’t price match against in-store only deals, discount codes, or prices available only via memberships (including loyalty and reward schemes)
•The price match promise only applies to brand new products. Used or reconditioned products are not included
•Customers must be aware that we reserve the right to refuse a price match in cases where we suspect fraud or unauthorised reseller activity
